How Hoihan reviews reports and applies content hiding, suspension, or account blocking.
Spam, broker suspicion, privacy exposure, wrong visa information, harassment, and duplicate reports are separated.
Report volume and reporter trust route the case into admin review; high-risk content may be temporarily hidden.
Admins review the original content, reason, action history, and target user status.
Admins may hide/delete content, warn, suspend, or ban users and leave an audit log.
Low-risk first violations that can be fixed
Wrong visa/stay information, privacy exposure, or broker solicitation that must stop showing immediately
Repeated spam, abusive behavior, report evasion, or false expert claims
Illegal brokerage, sensitive data abuse, repeated harassment, or serious scam attempts
Do not write passport numbers, full ARC numbers, student ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers, or raw evidence files in public report reasons. Illegal broker or misinformation reports go into the admin review queue.
Material admin actions must keep a review record so the decision can be audited later.
