Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights and obligations between Infoflow Partners Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users regarding the online community and information platform "Hoihan" (https://hoihan.kr, the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "Service" means community Q&A, multilingual settlement guidance, visa self-check assistance, related information, and ancillary features provided by the Company.
② "User" means members and non-members who use the Service under these Terms.
③ "Content" means posts, comments, answers, images, links, and other information submitted by users.
Article 3 (Posting and amendment)
The Company posts these Terms on the Service and may amend them within the scope of applicable Korean laws, with prior notice of material changes.

Chapter 2 Service
Article 5 (Scope)
The Company provides community Q&A, official-source-oriented guidance, visa/document self-check aids, and job-information services within the registered scope, plus ancillary features.
Article 6 (Nature and disclaimer)
Information and tools on the Service are general references only and do not replace individualized legal/administrative advice or government decisions. Users remain responsible for verifying matters with competent authorities or licensed professionals before relying on them.
Article 7 (Fees)
① Core community/information use is currently free; paid offerings, if introduced, will be disclosed in advance.
② Job seekers are not charged placement fees for job information services.
③ Where professionally licensed work permitted by law (for example, work under a licensed administrative agent qualification) is performed separately from the free platform information service, that engagement is between the parties to that professional engagement. The Company does not advertise such professional titles on marketing chrome; this clause exists for legal disclosure only.
Article 8 (Illegal job ads)
The Company may restrict or remove unlawful or deceptive job postings and may notify competent authorities as required by law.
Chapter 3 User obligations
Article 9–10
Users must comply with law and these Terms. Users are responsible for their Content; the Company may remove Content that violates law or policy.
Chapter 4 Termination
Article 11
Members may withdraw at any time. The Company may restrict or terminate use for violations of law or these Terms.
Chapter 5 Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
