This page locks the current public contract for VKC front-door, document, and review-request lanes. If there is any conflict, the linked policy pages below should be treated as the source of truth.

This block locks the operator identity, contact path, and public transaction references that must exist before the paid review lane can be released.

1. Service scope
VKC currently focuses on three things: visa diagnosis, saved document workspaces, and review requests that collect a human review result. This is not a promise of approval or legal representation.
2. Review-lane boundary
The review lane currently locks intake, request history, and delivered review notes. Online checkout, automated refunds, and fixed hour-based SLAs are not locked on every screen yet.
3. Pricing, checkout, and contract pages
A service fee applies only when the price, scope, and payment path are explicitly shown before payment. Terms, privacy, refund, and operator identity details must be reachable from the review lane before any paid request is treated as locked.
4. Cancellation, refunds, and withdrawal
Before payment, a request can be cancelled without a service charge. After payment, refund scope depends on actual work progress, and after delivery the decision is reviewed against the recorded request history and delivered notes.
5. User responsibility
Users must confirm their own core facts, avoid posting another person’s personal data without consent, and avoid treating the review lane as a substitute for official government procedures.
6. Support and dispute handling
Open support request history or the status board first when follow-up is needed. Cancellation, refund, and request updates are written back to the same request ID for traceability.
