Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities of Infoflow Partners Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users, and procedures for using the online platform and administrative guidance document automation solution services (the "Service") provided by the Company. Article 2 (Definitions) ① "Platform" means the virtual business space the Company operates via information and communication facilities to support foreign-resident settlement, multilingual administrative guidance, and document preparation. ② "User" means members and non-members who access the Platform and use the Service under these Terms. ③ "Automation solution" means technology and systems that automatically generate immigration and administrative forms based on user input in accordance with legal standards. Article 3 (Posting and amendment) ① The Company posts these Terms on the initial service screen (front or footer) so users can easily review them. ② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws (Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.). Chapter 2 Service use and limitations Article 4 (Provision and change of services) ① The Company provides the following services: 1. Administrative form automation systems for international students and foreign residents 2. Multilingual life guidance and settlement support information services online 3. Other ancillary services developed by the Company or consistent with its articles of incorporation ② The Company may change service content due to technical specifications or operational needs and will promptly announce changes on the Platform. Article 5 (User responsibility and legal limits) ① Users acknowledge final responsibility for the accuracy of information entered when using documents generated by the automation solution. ② Automated documents are reference materials and standard form generation tools for administrative convenience; the Company does not guarantee final approval by authorities (e.g., immigration offices). The Company nevertheless takes best technical measures to improve information accessibility per its social purpose in the articles of incorporation. Supplementary provisions These Terms take effect on June 1, 2026.
