1. Data categories currently handled
VKC may handle account data, visa-assessment inputs, document drafts, uploaded files, and support-request history. Each lane should collect only the minimum needed to open the next action.
2. Why the data is used
The service uses this information to show diagnosis results, resume the workspace, record review requests, and answer support threads. The data is not a promise of approval or legal representation.
3. Retention and deletion
Drafts, request IDs, and support history are kept so the same case can be resumed later. If you need correction, deletion, or a data-handling follow-up, open a support request so the result can be written back to the same history.
4. User rights and safe handling
Users can ask to review submitted data, correct mistakes, or open a support lane when clarification is needed. Before uploading a new file, remove another person’s personal data unless you have clear consent to share it.
