(the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and handle related complaints promptly. 1. Purposes of processing The Company processes personal information only for the following purposes and will obtain consent before changing purposes: - Confirming membership intent, identification/authentication, and maintaining membership - Immigration administrative forms, multilingual settlement guidance kits, and automation solution outputs - Foreign-resident support consulting and public system linkage for complaint handling 2. Items processed The Company collects the minimum personal information required to provide services: - Required: name, email, mobile phone number, login ID, password - Generated during use: service usage records, access logs, cookies, IP information ※ Resident registration numbers or alien registration numbers required on statutory forms for immigration paperwork are processed only when users enter them directly on the solution screen; they are destroyed immediately after document generation or encrypted per this policy. 3. Retention period ① The Company retains personal information within periods required by law or agreed at collection. ② Upon membership withdrawal, collected information is destroyed without delay unless law requires retention. 4. Destruction When retention periods expire or purposes are achieved, the Company destroys personal information without delay; electronic files use irreversible technical methods; paper documents are shredded. 5.
